· Allowed if merchandise is in re-sellable condition with no additional markings.
· 0-30 days of invoice date credit will be issued less 15% re-stocking charge and applicable freight charges.
Exchanges:
· Allowed if merchandise is in re-sellable condition with no additional markings.
· 0-30 days of invoice date for full credit less applicable shipping charges.
Shipping Discrepency
· In the event of a shipping discrepancy, such as damage, shortage or mispick, please call All American Paper at 1-888-897-3520 within 5 days of receipt.
